Hallhub provides software to help venue operators manage bookings, payments, and customer communications. We are a software provider, not a party to any booking agreement between venue operators and their customers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 or over to create an account. One person or organisation may not operate multiple free accounts.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You may not use Hallhub for any unlawful purpose, to process fraudulent payments, or to harass or harm other users.
Hallhub is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of bookings, revenue, or data arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any month is limited to the subscription fees paid in that month.
